    Absolutely Jeb!

So many people do not seem to realize we do not preach because we like to hear our own voices, it is because we care. Nothing is more important than Truth and Honesty(r).

Re: 10 Reasons a Flat Earth Matters

A few years back, my kids had some sort of giant blue/green ball, it must of been five feet in diameter. I was sitting on my porch with Rev. Osborne (I miss Jim, it is a shame that the Obama IRS chased him out of the country) enjoying a 40 YO Glenfiddich.

Anyway, we were watching the kids roll the ball about, seeing it hit and roll over the little toddlers.Rev. Osborne (as he often does with that keen insight of his) said he had a 'teachable moment'. He called out to the kids and they all gathered round.
In his powerful voice, one that can fill a 100,000 seat Church, he asked the children 'Who knows all about the Earth". Well, of course they all raised their hands. Then the Godly Reverend asked "Who thinks the Earth is Round?" Some of the children looked puzzled as they knew the Earth is both round and flat (like a silver dollar). Knowing Rev. Osborne well (especially after loosing all their money in a few games of chance with him) they were apprehensive.
So Jim tightened up his questions with 'Who thinks the Earth is shaped like a ball?" Well a hush fell on the group of children, the queitest they had been all day. You could only faintly hear the field nigras singing while working my fields, far away in the distance.
My boy Nick spoke up. Kid is kind of a wise ass punk, most likely going to go to hell. Not my choice but I call a spade a spade. Nick said the Earth is exactly like a ball. Rev. Osborne asked Nick to prove it.l If Nick could, Jim would give him his plane (A G5, nice one in a pearescant white with gold striping). If Nick failed, he was to give the Reverend a foot massage every day for the rest of his life. High steaks.
Well, stupid Nick accepted the wager. Not bright enough to realize, a man of God never looses as Jesus is always there with his finger on the Scales of Biblical Justice(tm). Rev. Osborne told Nick to stand on 'his Earth'.
All the children gather around the ball and helped Nick on top. Nick stood there. That is until the kids walked away. Nicks legs shook. The ball started to move. Nicks arms were flailing about. He began to call out for help. No one dared to interfere with Gods Will(r).
As you can imagine, The ball rolled, Nick fell off and his back was broken. He was not able to move his legs. The gentle Rev. Osborne in a thunderous voice exclaimed "Proof the Earth cannot be round like a ball. Be gone, minion of Satan!"

A powerful lesson was learned that day by everyone there.

Nicks debt to Rev. Osborne was never paid as Jim simply has a hard time being around gimps. He says he is saddened by the knowledge of those that do not honor God. I think it it was because they held up the line at security check points. I am not sure what became of Nick. I guess he just sits around in his 'gimp shack' out near the chicken coops.

Re: 10 Reasons a Flat Earth Matters
Luke 4:5-8 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Ball theory eliminates all shapes other than ball shaped. When modernists claim that no mountain is high enough to view all the kingdoms of the world simultaneously they are directly contradicting Jesus. Of course they could come up with any number of alternatives.
    • Satan used remote viewing (a type of demonic trance) to show Jesus the world.
      • This is ridiculous because Jesus can see everything without demons.
      • If you're going to use demons, why climb the mountain at all?
    • Satan and Jesus whizzed around the world in a flying saucer.
      • This is impossible. To overfly every kingdom in such a short time, superluminal motion would be necessary.
    • The story is a metaphor. Jesus had the same limitations as any human being.
      • No. He could be tempted as we are and shared every human characteristic but was without sin.
      • Nevertheless Jesus remained fully God. Many divine characteristics are recorded in The Gospels.
      • Satan is the limited one, not Jesus.
And so on & on & on, nothing you could say would dissuade them. Either Jesus was lying about what happened (according to the modernists) or it's just a story like Rumpelstiltskin or Pinocchio – and that's why it matters.

If Jesus was lying about His time in the desert, subject to temptations yet resisting successfully, why should He not be lying about eternal life? Or again, if Luke misunderstood what Jesus had said perhaps due to an unreliable source or even outright deception, how can we trust his account of The Resurrection or the ascension of Christ into Heaven? What would be the point of that under ball theory? Where would He be in between His ascension and His return? Do they claim effectively infinite acceleration through "outer space" to visit all points of the universe or is He hovering somewhere between Mars and Venus? Ball theory demands all those absurdities and when we're expected to accept so many ridiculous propositions, surely the only decision needed is to identify a single claim and address that.

The single ridiculous proposition is the theory itself. It's worth considering the claims but when we compare Scripture it's clear that each one of them contradicts reality, the reality created by Jesus.
Colossians 1:16-18 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: and he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

To me, flat earth symbolizes "science we can see." Every human being who looked across the horizon knows the earth is flat. Why would anyone believe it is not flat when he can see it is?

Mary is so correct to mention the reasons this is so important. There are many aspects to our faith and if one slips away into a false black hole other may also.

Oh, my, that is such a nice comparison, dear Sister Mary. And I do thank you from the bottom of my heart for working so tirelessly to come up with these very valid points. I think that one of the more important ones is about that myth of global warming/climate change. Why, even our dear Pete Hegseth from Fox & Friends was saying how the LIE-berals treat it like it's a religion. And I agree with Brother Pete, as the Demonrats and other lefties continually strive to push that myth down the throats of the servants of the .

I'll include a link here, with the transcript of the segment:

A blessed evening to you, dear Sister Mary,

started a topic 10 Reasons a Flat Earth Matters

10 Reasons a Flat Earth Matters

    1. Flat earth proves Intelligent Design. It proves we are not some cosmic accident in a random universe, but there is a Creator of all things. It matters because atheism wouldn't be a thing, and our children would be safe.
    2. Without the scientific model of a spherical earth, the Big Bang and Evolution would be absolutely impossible. It would prove we are not monkeys on a spinning ball, but unlike every other species on earth - a species with an immortal soul.
    3. Aliens from planets from outer space is not possible on a flat earth. This means alien invasions is not possible unless they come from lands they are hiding from us. Life on other planets is impossible. It matters because NASA would be defunded and that money would go to bringing the Bible and Church to every tribe on earth so Jesus will come (Matthew 24:14).
    4. Public schools are teaching lies and indoctrinating our youth. Satan is behind these lies. He wants them to join his army (Revelation 20:9).
    5. They could be hiding large amounts of land that could help us find large amounts of natural resources, and also could be hiding many species unknown to humans.
    6. They could be hiding free energy.
    7. Religious books like the Bible, the Torah, and even the Qur'an back up a flat earth, stationary earth. It matters because thinking all the religions have gotten together to lie to us is paranoid thinking and I don't want paranoid world leaders. Do you?
    8. A flat earth means the entire world governments are lying to us and conspiring against us.
    9. A flat earth means we are all unique, and not a random speck of dust in an endless, empty universe.
    10. If a flat earth means nothing, then why does everyone go to extreme lengths to cover it up? Why are flat earth youtube channels getting removed and trolled? Why is a flat earth demonized and ridiculed on tv and on social media? Why do flat earth groups get attacked by government paid agents? Why are there thousands of videos and websites created to debunk a flat earth if it isn't flat?
I could go on and on, but I think I've made my point.
