  • Understanding Hell

Back when I used to be a GODly youth pastor in Kansas, I learned that kids have a lot of questions about the place that GOD has prepared for them if they choose not to love Him.

I spent a lot of them reading the Bible and praying to GOD to enlighten me about the horrors He has waiting for sinners, and He blessed me with a bounty of Bible-wisdom, which I would like to share with you now in frank Q&A session:

    Q:
Why would a loving GOD torment His creations in everlasting hellfire?

A: While our GOD is a loving GOD, His unconditional love only goes so far. People who refuse to love or accept GOD are fools: The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. -Psalm 14:1

Now how does GOD feel about fools? He HATES them: The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.-Psalm 5:5

From this we can conclude that GOD's unconditional love does not belong to people who do not return it. They go to hell!

Q: Does my body and soul go to hell or just my soul?

A: The Bible is very clear about the physicality of hell. The risks are so dire that the LORD CHRIST JESUS warns us to unflinchingly hack off body parts that cause us to sin, such as our eyes or reproductive organs.

And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.-Matthew 5:29
Obviously your soul cannot feel pain unless GOD modified it to do so, therefore you'd never learn your lesson if there were no pain. Fortunately, the LORD in His infinite wisdom has conceived a way to burn your body eternally without it ever being consumed! PRAISE!

Q: Has GOD predestined me to go to Hell?

    A: It's quite possible.

The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.-58:3

Even though I have not specifically caught newborns in speaking lies, I am sure they are out there because GOD knows what He's talking about.

The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.-Proverbs 16:4

    Q:
How do I avoid eternal damnation?

    A:
    The Bible is quite clear:

For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. -Matthew 16:27

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.-Galatians 2:16

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.-James 2:26

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:-Ephesians 2:8

    PRAISE GOD AND AMEN!

      Re: Understanding Hell

In case anyone doubts the existence of Hell, you need to watch this amazing eyewitness report by Bill Wiese, who spent 23 minutes in Hell before Jesus pulled him out to testify to us:

You can search youtube for some of his longer lectures to hear the full story, or go to his website. Athiests are always asking for proof of the Bible--well, here it is.
