In a statement bound to encourage President Barack Obama’s enthusiastic expansion of the United States’ newest export — the Obama Culture of Death — Administration official Nina Federoff announced that “there are probably already too many people on the planet.”
Dr. Federoff, science and technology advisor to the US Secretary of State since 2007 (when she served under Condoleeza Rice), announced today in an interview with BBC News that we have “exceeded Earth’s limits of sustainability,” stressing that “we need to continue to decrease the growth rate of the global population.”
Federoff, true to her Bush Administration roots, demonstrated that she is no enemy of Archer Daniels Midland, ConAgra, or Monsanto; instead, she insisted that we must abandon organic agriculture.
“We wouldn’t think of going to our doctor and saying ‘Treat me the way doctors treated people in the 19th Century’, and yet that’s what we’re demanding in food production.”
Christians across the Internet are horrified by Federoff’s commentary. For example, over at Rapture Ready, armchair scientists who know far better than Federoff abound:

Just look at this image of unpopulated land in middle America.
Why can’t millions move here? Surely, God will bring water if
the people live there.

See? Plenty of arable land left! Not overcrowded at all!
2,000 square meters is 21,528 square feet . . . almost
HALF AN ACRE!

Foodisrx: We are NOT over-populated. If you have ever flow over the U.S. at night you would see that we have huge tracts of land without a soul in them.
The problem is the unhealthy concentrations of population and the satan-inspired governments that unwisely control them. This is just another one of satan’s ploys to destroy God’s creation.

Antitox: Earth population has NOT exceeded limits. These are the fearmongers jacking their jaws.
Sometimes I cannot believe what some of the idiots are saying out there.
WE ARE NOT OVERCROWDED NOR ANYWHERE NEAR GETTING THERE.
Some people have no clue, but would rather try to create a crisis in order to legitimize micro-managing the public and taking more of their money.
There should be a law against stupidity.
There certainly should, Antitox!
