It's a question that has plagued Christians for thousands of year, hoping their defective offspring will get into Heaven, and why Jesus worked so hard to mend cripples. But the answer is no. The Bible is utterly clear on this point.
Leviticus 21
Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the Lord do sanctify them.
However there remain grades of deficiency. There is a small zone between eternal torture in Hell and a seat next to the Lord in Heaven where a little effort can make the difference. That's what the Special Olympics is for. Winners have a chance at passing muster if they try hard enough. Let's take a look at who is making the effort.
Way out in front is "officially" atheist China (but we all know they worship the false savior Karl Marx). However it's hard to tell the difference between a healthy one and a deficient one so it's easier to assume this is their A-Team. Either way, there's a lot of repulsive human waste on display and not all of them can go to Heaven - just on aesthetic grounds.
Next time you go to Asia, skip China in case you catch the Wuhan Kong Fooey or something even worse. Great Britain too. So there you have it - do your own research. These are places with the most retarts, and what they're doing to better themselves.
