Typical accusations of the ignorant. Anyone with the slightest knowledge of history knows that none of the things you mentioned were caused by Christianity - but you're just an atheist. A mindless drone who doesn't think for himself, just like all the other ones Of course you are ignorant of history, it's much easier to parrot things you've heard other people say rather than educating yourself about the matters.

You can't just be sarcastic all of a sudden to cover your tracks. Please take this forum seriously, these are very important subjects and deserve your full attention.

Also please stop sending me messages in private that say only that I am a 'blonde bimbo.' That is really immature and provides no credence to what you have to say. If you would like to say something, make it public and make it an actual response. Children and those with immature personalities call each other names.

If you're willing to except that faith is totally irrational and not based on any proof, then by all means do so. Faith can be a great source of passion and strength, no questions there. It can serve as great inspiration as well Some others just prefer to put faith into things that can be proven and rationalized. I would never say that religion is entirely bad, it's done a lot of things wrong (Crusades, witch hunts, keeping science from progressing as much as it could have, Hitler, institutionalized abuse and hate towards women, african americans, homosexuals, muslims, etc) but it has done many great things as well like wonderful music and inspirational pieces of art.

I guess you've never heard of something called SARCASM, have you?

How do you know this? Were you there? No, you take it on faith!. I would rather have faith in the Holy Bible, Praise Jesus, than some book written by an Atheist Brit last century.

    Dear Stanist,

your other account was banned because we only allow people to have one account. If I wanted to ban you because of your opinions, I would have banned this account too.

Now, about your accusation of willful ignorance - had I not previously told you the correct spelling of the word is "ATHEIST"?

By the way, I would that someone who leaves a message board after six posts because he does not like he hears is more comparable to a person "covering their ears", than people who spend a great deal of their time talking to people who do not share their beliefs and discussing it.

Why exactly are we any more like brick walls than you are? Did YOU come in here with an open mind, ready for the possibility to have your opinion changed? Or did you come here already confident in what you believed in and hoping to ridicule us and get us to change what we believe in? In that case, why are you any better than us? Just because you believe you are right? If we believe we are right, does that mean we can act that way, too?

I hope you don't rot in YOUR ignorance, but if you continue down this road, you'll certainly rot in hell.

NOTE - I am the user RationalHuman

I have been BANNED for my opinions, because obviousy, someone doesn't like what I say. And would rather be delusional than accept the truth and beauty of reality and life as what it is.

This is just another example Christian covering their ears and going "BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH EVOLUTION ISNT REAL BLAH BLAH, THE EARTH IS FLAT"

It has empowered me to keep my aethiest stance. Thank you christians for being so willfully ignorant!

I am leaving this website, you people are like brick walls.

    Rot in your ignorance.

    I was THERE.

They weren't attacked towards a racial group, people were really angry because the Muslim-Lebanese went around raping woman and telling them that they're raping them because they're "Australian". You're only hearing one side of the story. The Muslim community was going around assaulting and raping woman, and claiming that because they came as free-people, somehow they have MORE right to live there. (They only arrived like 30 years ago), and only 2% of the Australian population is descendant from convicts. And that because woman wear binkini's on the beach, somehow they DESERVE to be raped.

You're only seeing one side of the story, and I AM LEBANESE, Im not being biased towards my own group.

Anyways, Some IDIOTS thought that all Lebanese Australians acted that way. There was a very small minority of the protest that were violent. There were tens of thousands peaceful protesters, but about 100 of them turned violent. I wasn't in Sydney at the time, otherwise I'd have joined the peaceful protesters.

Anyways, Don't make assumptions about things you know absolutely nothing about.

And, to do with the native aboriginal issue. The Australian government takes care of it's natives far better than the Americans. They get like $300 a week in welfare JUST because they're native. They don't even have to be black (Aboriginals have a recessive gene, in about 2 generatinos they go from black to white). They just have to some sort of "Native ancestry".
Uh huh. So cross the Lebanese stuff off the list. Hmm, still a pretty long list...

How many black Prime Ministers have you lot had down there, Lebbo?

In Australia, we use traditional English spelling. The Americans are lazy and take letters out (e.g. Color = Colour). You definately don't qualify among the "well-educated" the USA isn't the whole world, the Americans didn't invent English. The English did.
I think you'll find that the word atheist is spelled the same in England and America Well, according to the Oxford Dictionary I have on my desk, anyway. The rest of it is pretty much irrelevant.

AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU PEOPLE FOR SAYING THE EARTH IS FLAT. The bible CLEARLY says its flat, not once does it refer to it as a sphere (there are different hebrew words for flat circle and round ball), and I completely agree with you on that.

But please keep telling everyone prominantly that the Earth is flat, I want the world to know - because it makes you so laughable.
Nice work, not only did you use the word "prominently" incorrectly, you didn't even bother to spell it right. You were saying something about Americans being dumb?

    Yeah, sure it is.

Christianity was NOT the first religion in the world. To be exact, Christianity came in the year 0 A.D. after Judaism,

There is no empirical evidence any Christian can provide that says that Judaism existed before 2000BC
Actually I think you'll find Christianity started around the year 33 AD

The rest of your "points" of course, you have no proof of, do you? God told us Adam and Eve worshiped Him first, so of course it's true. God knows better. He was there, you weren't.
