Now, about your accusation of willful ignorance - had I not previously told you the correct spelling of the word is "ATHEIST"?

By the way, I would that someone who leaves a message board after six posts because he does not like he hears is more comparable to a person "covering their ears", than people who spend a great deal of their time talking to people who do not share their beliefs and discussing it.

Why exactly are we any more like brick walls than you are? Did YOU come in here with an open mind, ready for the possibility to have your opinion changed? Or did you come here already confident in what you believed in and hoping to ridicule us and get us to change what we believe in? In that case, why are you any better than us? Just because you believe you are right? If we believe we are right, does that mean we can act that way, too?

No surprise really, Dawkins lives in his own little close-minded world where everything can be explained by science. Ask him anything and his standard reply is "Science did it."

The man's deluded, he spouts all these theories about this and that and at the end of the day, he admits scientists don't know everything, despite telling us they do.

Everything can be explained by science, without scientists knowing about evolution we wouldn't have so many anti-viral, anti-biotic drugs available today.

I suggest if you ever come in need of these medications, you object on the reason that the people who made these medicines built them apon the theory of evolution. And that you would rather die than contribute to these filthy scientists that disbeleive God.

Scientists don't know everything, neither do you. We beleive what can be proven, and if that goes against bible scripture. Well then that just proves the bible isn't real even further.

You people live in your own little world of unicorn and angels, and fairytales and follow books written by genocidal, rapist, hitler-figure Moses.

A Christchurch-born evangelist has been branded an "idiot" on United States television by prominent atheist Richard Dawkins.
Dawkins, who has been dubbed Darwin's rottweiler, made the claim about Christian evangelist Ray Comfort during a recent interview with CNN.
Comfort, whose Living Waters Christian ministry is based in California, argues that the universe and life is the result of an intelligent creator.
In the interview, Dawkins said: "There is no refutation of Darwinian evolution in existence. If a refutation ever were to come about, it would come from a serious scientist, and not an idiot.
"Hunches aren't interesting, hunches aren't valuable. What's important is scientific evidence. It doesn't matter what Mr whatever his name is, Comfort ... what his opinion is. It doesn't matter what my opinion is. What matters is evidence. And the evidence ... is in favour of evolution."
Comfort's ministry has distributed thousands of copies of Darwin's theories on leading university campuses with a special introduction in which Comfort says he provides evidence for intelligent design.
Responding to Dawkins' criticism, Comfort issued a statement: "If the views expressed in my introduction of On the Origin of Species are `idiotic,' why would Mr Dawkins tell students to rip them out of the book, as he did recently?
"Surely he should encourage them to read the introduction to see how foolhardy it is, and that would strengthen students' faith in the theory of evolution," the statement said.
