Do you have any idea how many atoms are in the human body! You better get started immediately.

If you were to take yourself apart one atom at a time with some tweezers, you would eventually end up with a pile of dust that is in no way alive, yet everything there once made up you, a living person.

The beauty of living structures is not the atom itself, it is the way the atoms are put together. "Non-living" structures like DNA replicate themselves. The best way they to do this is to create a shell around themselves to survive easier. Through millions of years of evolution, better shells were made. Ones that can move, and eat, and have sex. Eventually the DNA needed the shell to be able to do certain task to survive better so a brain developed. And here we are doubting it's very existence. Christians who believe in the Bible and not science and the history of the Universe are truly unappreciative.

    Friend,

Have you read this discussion that proves the sun has to be made of coal?

Totally right, brother! I might add to that that atomic theory is a lie according to True Science™. Read Colossians 1:16-18:

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

There you have it. Matter is made of the element Christium.

Oh what nonsense! I am tired of secular fantasists posting their mind rot here. YOU people would have us believe we are graphite-based monkeys -- or is that diamond-based? It would seem this "carbon" cannot make up its mind either. So if we are "star-stuff", it would follow there are some stars constructed out of no. 2 pencils, and others out of diamond -- De Beers stars, no doubt.

You really are a very silly man!

Rev James, I am sure that you truly believe what you say no matter how insane but the astrophysical processes that create ever denser elements are well understood. Carbon of course is the basis of our biochemical construction. It has been postulated that other ingredients for life were delivered by comets, meteors, etc. in the early history of Earth.

Because our planet happens to be in an ideal orbital location, life was able to form here through purely random chance. Over the course of time, evolution and purely natural processes eventually produced us. There were many failed combinations over that time of course, but the Earth has nothing but time (until the sun novas).

One of science's Archdeviants the late Joo-hippie-atheist-junkie Carl Sagan (who Died and Went to Hell: December 1996) wrote in his book Cosmos
(the commie word for 'space') that; "We are made of star stuff. For the most part, atoms heavier than hydrogen were created in the interiors of stars and then expelled into space to be incorporated into later stars. The Sun is probably a third generation star".

Basically, in so far as I understand it, the Big Bang Theory can not account for the origin of most of the complex substances and pieces of material in God's Creation,
so scientists suggest that the stuff they cannot explain the origin of must have come from the explosions of ancient stars.

Hydrogen is the most basic and common element in the Universe and is very very abundent. When a lot of hydrogen comes together in space, its gravity squishes it all together and when the pressure in the middle gets sufficient, nuclear fusion begins (which is what makes the star shine). Now the joining of atoms creates other atoms like helium and lithium and so on. (for example, hydrogen is one proton, one electron. when two hydrogens combine it makes helium which has two protons, two electrons, etc.)

So in the middle of a star is all of this intense heat and pressure, atoms are being formed and then one day the fuel that runs this nuclear fusion runs out and the star collapses, creating tons of pressure causing it to explode and shoot its matter (elements) out into space. That dust then eventually combines again to make another star and so on. Sometimes that dust around the star will form into big rocks that are called planets. On that planet life can eventually arise, like us.

That is where all of the elements in your body come from (like the iron in your blood)

This is currently the scientific belief according to the Big Bang.
(I'm not saying i believe in this stuff, just trying to expand a little of what that man was saying so y'all would have the complete understanding of him)
Of course we are made of the elements. The Bible clearly said this long before any so-called scientists existed (Gen 2:7) But the dust that made us didn't come from some exploding star. The Lord made the earth and the heavens on the same (first day). See Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 2:4. Do you think that dirt from some blown-up star in the next galaxy could make it to our solar system in 6000 years?

We True Christians(tm) revel in persecution. What is important is how God perceives us, not what sinners think of us.

2Tm:3:11: Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.
2Tm:3:12: Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

Landover Baptist Faith and Message statement
"The Holy Bible, KJV1611, was written by men divinely inspired and is God's revelation of Himself to man. It is a perfect treasure of divine instruction. It has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error, for its matter. Therefore, all Scripture is totally true and trustworthy.”

All i was doing was clarifying the scientist point so you do not get evolution and the origin of the elements of our bodies mixed up. I'm just trying to make sure you guys don't look like fools so shoo yourself.

1 Timothy 6:20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:
