Actually, I believe the word you're looking for is 'teached', not 'taught'. I think it's time for you to go back to school and learn some correct grammar. I took Bible studies at college, therefore have read the bible extensively enough to know your views are out of control. A true christian would not mock or persecute another for not having the same beliefs. Is that what Jesus did?

The professor who "taught" you about the Bible in college should be expelled.

Mark 16:16 "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned."

Just because 'God' was his father, does not mean that he was white or had blue eyes. There is no REAL proof that he looked this way. Also, what does it matter whether i'm an atheist or not? I have my reasons for not believing in God, as im sure you have reasons for believing that he is real. I have read the bible, actually. I took Bible studies at college, therefore have read the bible extensively enough to know your views are out of control. A true christian would not mock or persecute another for not having the same beliefs. Is that what Jesus did? I believe not. He forgave people, and treat everyone he met (yes, even women, prostitutes and lepers :O ) as an equal. Next, yes, Jesus was a descendant of David but that does not mean that they look the same or have the same characteristics. How do we know these people are telling the truth? Chinese people show Jesus to be chinese, Africans show him to be African. This blone haired, blue eyed jesus is just another variation on the theme. Finally, i believe that there are many more athiests in the world than there are of you, who are a tiny minority of people in one little part of the world.

Jesus was a descendant of who? That's right I put it in bold for you so it would be easy for you to understand who I'm talking about. Jesus is a descendant of David.

Now the Bible doesn't tell us what Jesus looked like, but it does tell us what David looked like.

1 Samuel 16:12 And he sent, and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this is he.

1 Samuel 17:42 And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance.
