You don't care about evidence but that's A-OK because (or rather, so you claim) we don't care about it?
Unlike you, we don't go on and on about how we have evidence for everything we say!
(Especially not when we don't have any, yet lack of evidence has never stopped you from claiming you have it!)
We admit that we don't have "scientific" evidence for all we say, and we don't really need to have it either:
Because we know it's true anyways. Praise Jesus!
As for pi, what is thirty cubits divided by ten cubits?
You honestly claim that isn't three?Last edited by SalvationSeeker; 07-30-2007, 03:16 PM.

Re: Pi Calculated to 4.5 billion decimal places
After much rumination, I've come to be Certain™ that this wandering ("fellow-travelling") Joo must, in fact, do most of his travelling on a GreyHound Scenicruiser - enough to make anyone's valve slam shut.
Maybe I should be Nicer. Perhaps I should invite him/her over to listen to records on the high-fly. Maybe I'll make a nice potatis salad and be sure to see to it that the serving spoon extra shiny

Of course you don't, but you're part of the religious SECT of sickular science and you people don't care about evidence.

If you're saying that you don't know if He exists or not, that's not an excuse.
You don't need proof to believe or disbelieve.
DO YOU BELIEVE IN JESUS CHIRST, WHO IS THE SON, THE HOLY SPIRIT, AND THE FATHER, ALL PART OF THE HOLY TRINITY THAT IS GOD?
DO YOU BELIEVE THAT HE WAS CRUCIFIED FOR OUR SINS AND ROSE AGAIN 3 DAYS LATER?
YES or NO? And no beating around the bush!
I don't really care to be honest, that's why I walk the fence, rather than stand on one side of it.
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

There's that Communiss again, and to which "countries" has he/she been travelling to now, so as to have begun capitalizing "athian"?
Some folks call it an atheist.

I can disprove your theory by a simple experiment. Draw a circle, measure it's diameter and its circumference. Divide the circumference by the diameter. And then you have pi and what do you see? That it is not 3.

After many weeks of arduous work, I am proud to show you the fruits of my labor. Using the latest theories in Creation Science, I uploaded my personal program (inspired by Jesus) to the Landover Baptist computer network housed deep within the bowels of the library. After running for weeks on these oversized Intel processors and producing amounts of heat that would put Hell itself to shame, I am proud to show you the results.
I have provided you with the first quarter-million or so digits, as I wouldn't want to hog all of Landover's storage space. I am sure the mainstream media will ignore this finding, and that the scientific community will continue to shun me despite this rock-solid proof. Some people will believe anything but the truth in front of their faces
