I think their math is OK, but they lost track of a single day somewhere along the line, so now they celebrate the Sabbath one day early.
Sure, they have some lunatic doctrines, and they keep making bad predictions of when Christ will return, but I attribute that to the various Arian doctrines they adopted early on, including the worst of all, the vegetarian doctrine, which leaves them malnourished. But now that they accept the Trinity, Satan has less hold over their "church" than he used to.
All-in-all, I think it will be a pretty good horserace to see if they start worshipping God before the Rapture happens. Either way, it definitely won't happen on whatever day the Seventh Day Adventists say it will.
