  • Book Review: Pandora's Seed

I just finished a very illuminating book by the title Pandora's Seed written by my colleague Spencer Wells. In it he eloquently covers how mankind has become ever more self destructive.

He carefully details how we as a species have allowed ourselves to move from our hunter gatherer roots to a sedentary lifestyle. The ties to fundamental Christianity and self pity are unmistakable.

This book details how evangelical Christian beliefs have negatively affected mankind's diet and overall mental and physiological health. It is a refreshingly accurate portrayal of how we have been led down a decadent path that is counter to our evolutionary roots.

As a scientist, I give it two thumbs up

“Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge: it is those who know little, and not those who know much, who so positively assert that this or that problem will never be solved by science.” Charles Darwin The Descent of Man (1871)

You mean to tell me you think that a green bean casserole and Jello salad is the destabilizing force in the degenerating morals of today's society, maybe you should stick with the KJV Bible.

Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

I knew it was only a matter of time until they started pumping out Avatar Bukkake porn. Rule 34 and all that.

Didn't Spencer Wells recently appear on "The Daily Show" with that heathenist Jon Stewart? Or "liebowitz" as his Jehovah given joo name?

This, in itself, should be cause to entirely dismiss such drivel. It's not Christ like.

Avoid these distractions and walk with Christ.

Whenever I see the word "seed" in a post, I turn away because of this:

          Genesis 38:9
And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother.

Evil, vile, adultery is just so sickening.
