Ops, sorry. I might have been a little quick on the trigger in my first post. A balloon does indeed have gravity. All objects have gravity. Even the little dustrgain that is floating around in your living room have gravity. But the mass is so small, that in practices it is zero. A single dustrgrain and even a balloon and a skyskraper have so little mass (relatively) that gravity can't be measured with the technology we possess today.

God made the world flat so we do not fall off. It really does not have anything to with gravity. It is quite simple really. Things fall of spherical objects but not flat things. Imagine trying to eat your dinner of a ball, all the food would off.

On the contrary to other forces of nature, gravity has no repelling property, so all mass has a attractive force. So when you summarize the gravity of all skyscrapers, all cars, all people, living matter, all rocks, mountains, oceans, sand, mud, rivers and everything that is bounded by the atmosphere. It is no longer neglectable.

If gravity did exist, then everything would be stuck to the earth and we would not be able to pick up anything. It would be terrible not being able to pick up things.

I think you misunderstood what I said. The ocean winds cause the waves. It has nothing to do with the earth spinning on a axis or the moon. The moon is to far away to do anything. Anyway wouldn't gravity suck the moon to the earth.

No you are using gravity to argue that the earth is flat. If there was no gravity, you could easily eat of a sphere. Nothing would pull/push the food of the surface of the sphere.

If you jump, what pulls you back to the earth? If two masses didn't have the property that they attracted each other, why wouldn't a fork stay still in the air when you let it go? If falls to the ground. How can you explain this without the use of gravity or an attractive force?

Earth is pulling on the moon so hard that it is constantly falling toward the earth, BUT, and this is important, the moon also has a speed AROUND the earth. So when the moon has moved say 1meter closer to the earth, it has moved a distance away from the earth in another direction, so that the distance overall is constant.

Yes, they are. It would be inconvenient to have curved maps. That is also why all maps are wrong. Have you tried gluing together several maps? You can't do it without the lines not lining up. That is because you are trying to make a flat projection of a sphere.

They can recognize a magazine from space, but not see across the Atlantic. If a letters are large enough, they can read a message taken with a camera from space, but I can't even see the rocky mountains from Europe, even with the most powerful telescope there is. Don't you find this odd?

Just because a satellite can take a photo does not mean the earth is spherical. If you cannot see the Rocky Mountains then the telescope is not powerful enough.

These experiments provide decisive and definite proof that the Earth is flat, as defined by God. I have also come up with an experiment:

1. Get a ball, and put a smaller ball or a miniature board on wheels on top of it, it will roll of the edge, as you can see.
2. Now, find some kind of skateboard (They are immoral and anarchistic, but in this case they can be useful for proving true Creation Science!) and lie flat on it on a flat street.
3. If the earth were a sphere, the skateboard would slide, with you on it, down the street until you fell off the edge, but that doesn't happen! It stays right there!

Another victory for God's Truth.

If the earth is flat, there must be an edge to it. Has anyone ever been to this so called edge? No, they have not. This is because the earth is sphere shaped! Images of earth have been taken from space and it clearly shows that is is a sphere. The satellites circling the earth would not be able to do that if it was round. And neither would the Moon! That's because there would be no centre to the earth which would mean it has no mass which would give it no gravitational force to keep the moon and other satellites in place. The fact that you're all so naive just baffles me.

People have gone up in space shuttles & seen the round Earth. The Earth has been orbited many times. This place is the most ridiculous cult I've ever seen! The one about not seeing the curvature of the Earth is so easy to explain. It's because the Earth is so huge, of course you're not going to see the curve! It looks flat to the human eye until you go high enough to actually see the sphere. You have to be pretty high above the Earth to see it.
