I meant, if God wanted to give mankind a cure for Alzheimer's, why hasn't he done so already? If God wanted to provide doctors with cures for all diseases, He could have done so long ago. He could even have never created that disease in the first place.

But He didn't. Think about it.

Well I guess you could say that God would want to punish people with the disease, and if they came to follow Him, He would cure them of the disease. Also, you didn't answer what I said about the gifts given to people. He does give gifts to people to help others, right??

Yes. He gives people the gift of HEALING. As in the Acts of the Apostles -

Nowhere does Scripture tells us the gift of medical science, and yet God could have given it to the people 2000 years ago if He wanted to.

The verse is talking about Angels. They can do a lot of things that seem impossible to us.

I still don't see how the circle with pillars under it creates corners though. Corners have edges, right? This is just a circle with support under it.

It depends on what you consider "Earth". Just as secularist use the word - earth can mean just the crust (which is the circle), or, it can mean the entire planet including what is under the earth (secularist say it is a hot molten core, we say it a rectangular foundation attached to the crust with four pillars).

No where in those verses do I see any restrictions on what "healing" is though.

Well I would imagine the flat earth would be like a coin, correct? It has no corners, though. And the pillars don't create corners either, because they don't change the shape of the flat earth, just support it.
