No, it's centrifigul force that flings you around in a spinning plane, not gravity. And if not for the walls of the plane and your seatbelt you'd be thrown right out of the plane like that silly stewardess without the seatbelt. If the Earth was spinning we'd be flung right off of it. We're not being flung into space, therefore... (work it out for yourself).

Same thing in a spinning plane or a spinning earth. Centrifigul force pushes you (or the water) away from the center of the spin. Turn that spinning glass of water around and see what happens then.

yeah but youre missing a few thing the earth does more than just spin theres also gravity pulling, the earth doesn't rotate nearly fast enough for the centrifugal force to overcome the force of gravity exerted by the planet.

Secular 'scientists' speculate the earth rotates at 1070 miles/hr. If I swung a cat on a rope at that speed, all its' guts would come out its' mouth!

Planes do not fly at 700mph, where did you get that silly idea. they typically travel at about 550. I have to wonder what other information you have made up just to be argumentative.

that is true that if you spun a cat 1070 miles/hr its guts would come out its mouth, but if you spun a cat the size of the earth is would be perfectly fine, or did you forget that the world is a very large object? and i said "if" a jet went 700mph everything inside would be moving that speed, i should of said if traveling in asupersonic jet, which travels mach 1.0 (761.2MPH) the pilot would also going 761.2 MPH or mach 1.0. and I also have to wonder how fast you googled what i wrote to find some flaw to argue about, i can misspell something so you can have something to use against me. your all closd mined peeple.

So, I dont see how the balloon experiment could be considered valid. The OP stated that because the balloon and the speck of paper were proportionally the same mass as the earth and a human, that this experiment proves the earth is indeed flat. My understanding of physics, says this balloon is not the same mass proportionally with the earth because mass is the volume of matter that share the same properties. This makes the balloon extremely low in mass because the inside mass is the same as the outside mass (air) leaving the very thin layer of rubber being the only true mass of the balloon. Therefor this wouldn't make the experiment correct.

In fact im very curious why you even believe the earth is flat? What makes you believe that?

Please, explain to me. How did the aircraft get there in this time if the Earth were flat? Surely, if the Earth were flat, the aircraft would have just carried on, off of the edge of the Earth, and into Space...

I'm not trying to pick a fight, I would just like someone to think about it and post a response...

What you have said makes no sense at all. How can an object be 'nudged' and appear on the other side? The fact of the matter is, it takes roughly over 11 hours do do this flight. If this 'nudging' occurs, then surely said flight would take A LOT longer?

And please, do not use the Bible as an answer. It is a book. How can things that were said and written down thousands of years ago still be used today as 'proof' ?
