Actually, there is proof of single-cellular organisms that evolve into multi-cellular organisms.
The first multi-cellular organisms were aggregations of identical cells (volvox).

And any proof that this evolution actually happened except your word and theory? NO.
But maybe you have yet more fossils that may or may not be related to one-cellular organisms?

When an animal gets babies they pass on their DNA, so the DNA has to be "copied", this "copying" isn't always perfect, so mutations can occur.

Yes, that's the theory.
But has this been observed? EVER? No.
Thus, it is not proven and nothing but belief.

Those mutations in the DNA gives the new animal some slight changes. After lots of generations (and lots of changes in the DNA), it could be possible that there is a new species or sub-species.

If you calculate it, then you see that it takes 200 minutes to get 1024 bacteria.

A single bacterium weighs 9.5E-13 grams, or 9.5E-16 kilograms.

If bacteria have been doubling every 20 minutes for the last 3.5 billion years, then there should be about 10^10^13 (that's a 1 followed by 10,000,000,000,000 zeros) bacteria by now, with a total mass roughly equal to 9.5^((10^13)-16) kg. That's 95 followed by 9,999,999,999,984 zeros).

But the whole earth, including all of the bacteria on it, only weighs about 6E+24 kg, or a 6 followed by a measly 24 zeros.

Despite short generations, they still has never been observed to change into a multi-cellular organism!
A bacteria is STILL a one-cellular organism! Just because a bunch of them live close to each other doesn't make them one organism any less than it makes a city one organism!
