Brothers and Sisters, I have have mentioned this briefly before but I thought I would go into a big more detail. As you know sometimes dark patches appear on the surface of the Sun. Scientists will give you a lot a baloney to try to explain this away. The clear answer to this is that these dark patches are fresh Godly deposits of coal. The Sun has been burning for just over 6000 years now and obviously the coal needs topping up sometimes.
A coal fire at home will burn happily for a while but then you need to add a couple of more coals on every few hours. The Sun is very similar however due to its size (several MILES across!!) God only really needs to top it up about every eleven years.
Ecclesiastes 3:1To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
This can clearly be seen using historical data. The added coal almost always makes for a nice warm summer which is exactly what you would expect. Praise Him!
However God does not always keep regular time, we know that,
2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Sometimes He may leave things for a while. This He did in 1645, He in His infinite wisdom decided not to add much coal for 70 years! This period was known as the Maunder Minimum and brought on a little 'ice age'. Temperatures dropped by about 1.5 degrees centigrade.
God normally starts adding a bit more coal by now and the peak should be in 2013 but at the moment it doesn't look like it's happening. Why is this?
Maybe God is busy doing something else, maybe, just maybe he is getting prepared for the RAPTURE!!!
GLORY!
Jack
