Yes, that's true. I use reason to show the limitations of reason. In this purely negative capacity, reason is useful as a tool. I show by reason that reason is untrustworthy.

However, having so demonstrated, I do not rely on reason to prove the Truth of any matter asserted in the Bible. To do so would set up logic as a judge of the Bible, and hence as a false idol.

2+2=5 If The Bible Tells Me So.

I agree that reasoning has its limitations but it has been given to us by God and would be a sin not to use it to help us follow the path of Christ.

I have always been of the opinion that as long as a mn has not violated the pig, the ham is safe for consumption. After all, Ham comes from the same place as BACON!!!!
