This is not new News. Redheads process pain differently. The reason for this is twofold.

One: They are evil, as this thread title makes clear.

Two: The Lord is merciful even unto evildoers. Because the vast majority of them are headed to Hell, God made them more tolerant of pain. Unfortunately, this higher tolerance may lead them into the Bondage and Piercing lifestyle, but it's not Jesus' fault if they choose a sinful path.

This is not what Elmer said, and now you are bearing false witness, God might not like that. What Elmer stated was that someone else made the choice for them (their ancestors).

2 Ooooh, so God is a massive arse who will make someone suffer because someone else did something wrong? What if your, say, great grandfather committed adultery and now you're gonna suffer because of that? Is that really fair?

That is how the Bible says it is. Whether it is fair or not is not an issue.

3 And why is sin appealing?

Because it can be fun or perhaps because it is practical. This time of the year (it is winter where I live) I wear synthetic undergarments and wool over that. It works really well but it is also an almost sure fire way to get God to send you to Hell.

Dear Sinner,

Perhaps a child cannot choose its hair color but it is still a choice. It is a choice made by its ancestors, when they decided to succumb to sin. You see, God has decided that many sins can be transmitted across several generations. If the ancestors hated God, it will stake four generations until the child is considered free (but still affected by the Fall, obviously; Genesis 3:6).
