If you saw somebody raised from the dead in the name of JESUS CHRIST, would you believe then? The answer is no. You've already made up your mind that GOD is a big bully sitting on a throne who derives sick pleasure out of watching humans struggle through their lives until they're weak enough to submit to Him.

The people in JESUS' day actually saw Him perform miracles, but they STILL wouldn't accept Him, because they wanted to live their lives the way they saw fit, not by the rules and standards that GOD intends. You are a rebellious son (or even worse, daughter) of GOD.

The LORD could come down out of the sky and point His big giant white finger at YOU, and you'd find a way to explain it away in that smug atheistic way you folks have.

But for your information, GOD is direct with each and every one of us. He gave us an entire book filled with all the knowledge and wisom we'll ever need.

By the way, I don't call it an act of god, I call it a natural disaster.

Insurance companies call it an act of God, and the courts of the Godly United States of America agree.

Basically what most of you are saying is that you would rather just blindly follow something that sounds good, instead of believing in things that are good.

Who said it sounds good?

We follow God because God tells us to, not because the things He says all "sound good".

And when I say blindly follow, I mean just that. Unless "God" came to you personally, and you caught that shit on video, then you are blindly following the word of another man, who "claims" as to have spoken with "God".

I'm not much interested in catching anyone's "shit" on video. Sorry, I'm not into those sorts of things, and this is not a smut forum.

And one more thing, kind of a curious question to all of you. Why do you care so much what other people believe? If you believe in a "God", and you pray to him or whatever you guys like to do to stay in his favor, so that when you die, you go to "heaven"...then what does it matter what path other people choose to take? How does this affect you in anyway?

Simple. The path you choose leads to eternal damnation in the fires of God's Hell. We, as loving True Christians(tm), are TRYING to spare you unending millenia of agony.
