Interesting question. If you'd asked about Catholics, the answer would have been clearly no, since Catholics worship idols, not God. But Methodists, for all of their liberal idiocy, at least claim to accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. So, if they're sincere in accepting Jesus, I suppose they probably can be saved. The United Methodist Church is a bunch of liberal almost-Christian fluffy bunnies. As you can read in their own words, they believe in interpreting Scripture through tradition, experience, and most damnably of all, reason.This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.
