it's the word of God, that he will listen to everyone who seek him. He's saying to us all that he love us all.

As Pastor Ezekiel has pointed out, God will only listen to those who seek Him.

Does everybody seek God?

If "God loves us all", then he would have to also listen to those who do NOT seek Him.
