I'm still trying to understand how one can prove the truth of anything with the evidence coming from the article in question. Not saying I don't believe, but wouldn't it be more helpful to LBC if some effort were made to actually help people learn, as opposed to mocking them and calling them silly names? And from way back in the beginning of this post arguments were made about rules changing, etc...didn't the whole sacrifice thing change after Jesus was killed? In the Old Testament people would offer up sacrifices, and Jesus was the last one, after that you don't read about any more sacrifices, so is that not a change? Also, the other book thing, from what I understand where it says that in the Bible, historical proven fact tells us that that book was written before some of the other gospels, so should we disregard them?

You don't understand because you lack discernment. Unless and until you are Saved(c), you have no real way of comprehending God's Word.

No one at the time Jesus was meant to do his stuff wrote anything about it so can't have been that great. You would think if someone was raising the dead and turning water into wine someone would have mentioned it at the time.

Raise the dead, walk on water, feed 5000 with one fish supper, these are things that if they happened someone would have noticed and made a note of at the time.

I can understand your skepticism, but if you look closely at your argument, it's ultimately meaningless. Several extraordinary things happened to me and I've done: Astronaut Jesus appeared to me in a motel room in 1974 and healed me from my veneral diseases, I've had KGB spies dress up as grocery store workers and try to kill me while I shopped for my groceries, Elton John and the Eagles have written prophecies in songs about me that have come true, etc. etc.

Yet, 99.999% of the world doesn't believe me. So just because something extraordinary happens, doesn't mean the rest of the world will pay attention and believe it.

It doesn't matter that the accounts of jesus's life aren't firsthand accounts. All that matters is that they were selected and compiled in the 17th century by some guy who claimed that god chose him to rule England and who also apparently wasn't chosen by god to have any sons to continue ruling England. Right?

How about all written first person accounts on what the apostles told.
They are indirect first person accounts of Jesus' existence.

Still hearsay, not accounts written at the time.

Josephus was not there at the time (born 37 AD) so how could he have given a first person account? he just wrote up nothing the made up stories people told him. No one at the time Jesus was meant to do his stuff wrote anything about it so can't have been that great. Because there are there is a gnostic church with books said to contain the description of Jesus' entire life.

That's it really, prove to me that any of those is wrong, not by interpretation but by facts, and that will convince me that there was no Christ.

Not at all. I mentioned before that the ex-JOO Flavius Josephus wrote a first-person account of Jesus in his tome "The war of the Jews". MANY people noticed at the time but they were JOOS who wanted to fight the Romans and Jesus knew that if they did, Jerusalem would be sacked and the temples destroyed. That's exactly what happened. Not only Jerusalem, but the Romans followed the rebels to Masada and did them a treat there. That MORE people didn't know was because there were no reporters embedded with the Roman army....except as disgusting homers and because there was no FOX news or Rush Goldbaugh.

As to the walls of Jericho, of course there is no trace left! The LORD GOD smited the walls to dust! All the more proof that the Bible is correct.

If also speaks of Jesus who no one at the time noticed, so can't have been that big of a deal. It also speaks of the Walls of Jericho, A city that yes did exist, but the archeological evidence does not support the existence of any City Walls.
