It seems like we True Christians^TM go two steps forward and then one step back. We elected a Godly President, Donald Trump, and he appointed a Godly Supreme Court. But then Satan gets a win.

Recently in Ohio, a Christian coach of the local women's cross-country team led his athletes in prayer. There was some testimony and good lessons on winning with Jesus. Why would anyone would object to this? One young woman said her "feelings" were hurt because she was "forced" to engage in this wonderful prayer.

Far away in Wisconsin the Freedom From Religion Foundation heard about this. It wrote a nasty letter to the school. The School Board should have doubled the prayers by coaches and teachers. Instead, it said no more prayers by coaches.

This banning of prayer in public schools needs to be trashed before God gets angry and punishes our entire country. We know what God did in Noah's time. It was good-bye sinners.

God is always thorough, especially in attention to details. He loves us and knows what could (and usually does) happen when delusion sets in, for example mistaken ideas regarding idols or whom one may choose to father one's children. These amount to hallucinations but have consequences in the real world.

Sin is redefined so often and in such unexpected ways that we need to ask questions, concerning prayer. It is possible that an Egyptian could migrate, whose prayers would be to the Coptic "pope" and require theology rejected over 1,500 years ago as heretical. Superficially, such prayer could, depending on the form of words used, be mistaken for a Christian prayer. With so many heretics, not to mention outright heathens and ridiculous neo-pagans, promoting nonsense and spreading falsehood, it's crucial to assess just what sort of prayer is taking place. God already knows of course, and we should know too. We already know what He's going to do about it.

People who are persecuted 24/7 have no way of knowing it's persecution. Whatever happens would just be normal. Wailing would be normal (meaning what goes on most of the time) or being forced to sell blasphemous items in a shop, blue-haired tattooed freaks holding goddess workshops in the park, goths sneering. Mere surface reflections of inner turmoil. And it's the turmoil that's coopted for torment.

Souls in the black metal scene do not prosper. For them it's torment all the time and they don't know the difference. Only the prosperous and healthy really appreciate suffering because it's contrasted with moments of not suffering. Jesus knew that when He gave us The Bible and wants Christian souls to prosper, necessitating all the insults, spiritual attacks, torment, curtailment of prayer and so on, to ensure a reward in Heaven and a prosperous soul. For that there needs to be intermittent respite.

How different from the insanity of "making merit" in the here & now to avoid reincarnation as a dung beetle! (That's supposed to be a punishment but for dung beetles, dung is what they actually like – so not a punishment after all.) And what if the dung beetle is not assiduous enough in gnawing dung? Reincarnated as a scaby? They really don't think their stuff through!
