No, I am in conflict with your interpretation of the Bible. You keep quoting a few parts as the core of your interpretation. We can quote from the whole spectrum, including the inconvenient parts. Yes, we are proud of being True Christians. There is nothing wrong with being proud of a job well done. Our house is built on a rock and we are proud of that. We don't say "ha ha, yours is built on sand". No, we say "why do you keep saying our house is built on sand when yours is?" -- you are more than welcome to build your house on the same rock.

The real question is this: why does it bother you so much what we claim here? At most 1% of all Christians are True Christians™. Do you not feel comfortable being in the 99% majority? You can simply ignore LBC as a statistical anomaly.

Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth; for God hath received him.'

Hebrews 8:13 says 'In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old(or obsolete). Now that which decayeth(or is becoming obsolete) and waxeth(or growing) old is ready to vanish away.'

Dont you see? When Jesus came, He made a new covenant with man!
Matthew 15:11 says'Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.'

You say you follow Gods word, but you simply follow the old testament teachings. Jesus came and made a new covenant. YOU SEE?!?! The old law was fulfilled....You asked why does it bother me so much what you claim? Its because you dont even know why you claim what you claim. You can't even accept for a second that you might be utterly mistaken and that we may be right. And yet, you insist on our forum that we should just throw away the Bible and disregard God to pretend you may be right.

I'm beginning to suspect you are one of those atheists pretending to be Christians. Again: we are 100% happy with our True Christianity. You are not happy that we are happy. We have already found God and this intimidates you. The problem is yours, not ours.

Bobby Jo, you claim to follow 'all of the Bible'. Thats amazing that you say that, Proverbs 1:7 says The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge;but fools despise wisdom and instruction. It is foolish for anyone to make a claim that they know/follow all of the Bible. To make that claim is to say you understand all of its teachings and apply all of it to your everyday life. In some form, you are claiming to be perfect. I would be slow to make such a claim.

The old Testament was to teach us, and the New Testament was for us to live by. Not to write off the Old Testament as it is equally important, but when Jesus came, He fulfilled the law! He changed EVERYTHING!

We fallow all of the Bible, not convince ourselves that unpopular parts of the should be tossed aside. A TRUE Christian lives in both the Old and New Testaments. Not arrogently plays cut and past with Word of God.

Lastly, you say these people are damned to Hell, and that may be. But let me ask you, how do you know you are saved? How do you know for a fact that you are going to Heaven? I can tell you how I know I am saved. Its not just b/c a prayer I said once. Its because I continue to grow closer and closer with God. Its not because I repented once, but b/c I continue to repent daily!

Because we follow all of The Bible allof the time, that is why.

You still avoid Brother V's basic point that you only can be bothered to rebuke those Christians you find following God's Word more closely than you do. We all saw you in another thread in this very forum bend over backwards to accommodate an atheist with the ultra-Luke warm argument than no one is sure (and if we are not sure about The Bible, why follow it?) That is not humility friend, that is just rank surrender to the secularist agenda.

If you are a Christian why won't you join us in the fight the good fight for these people's souls? Were is your compassion, you love for these people that you would just stand by as they are damn to hell?
