In case you weren't aware, the Golden Snitch is a testicle-shaped flying ball that figures significantly into the Potter mythology. These Devil-worshipers were so excited about the new book that they decided to mutilate the flesh of an innocent woman as a commemoration of its release, and now she has to live the rest of her life with this evil word forever a part of her visage. Jesus and I are just seething with anger at this atrocity.
Snitch could also be because she revealed something, or, told on them about something.

Well, you're "holy" bible caused such havok, yet no one seems to remember.

Yet one work of OBVIOUS fantasy, meant to be enjoyed for it's literary content, is raising such a stink out of you people who don't even take the time to read it.

They are concidered innocent because they are not armed. Babies are innocent because they are not armed. Small children are innocent, because they are not armed. They are civilians.

wrong again. Witchcraft has a lot more to do with it then simply flicking a wand and saying the magic words. Oh, and btw, children have an overactive imagination. It's good for them to imagine things. Scientific research proves that it helps their brain develop, and i'm sure both of us can agree on that. I'm sure that children who have read the bible stories have a very overactive imagination, picturing all the things that is says happened. I mean, of course they have to imagine it.

Children's minds are overactively imagining things. This is why they run around the house and act like beds are boats or something. I bet you did it as a child, they just imagine different things. Don't worry, they grow out of it eventually, but not always.

I have a question. Is a soccer ball testicular shaped? You seem to think all spherical things are.

                Anyways.

It was probably just blamed on the excitement for lack of evidence of the 'tattle-tale act by the lady. A snitch is a tattle-tale after all.

O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

It still means you "misquoted" the article to fit your own agenda. You made inferences about it being related to Harry Potter when there is no real evidence to support this, only speculation. Can you deny that you created this lie about the connection between the incident and Harry Potter?

From now on, whatever you argue is no longer credible because of what you have done here. You clearly aren't worth anymore time since you resort to editing articles to fit your perspectives. It was fun listening to your lies.

The evidence points to someone getting pissed off at her having provided information to the police and taking revenge. I see absolutely nothing in that article that would make me think the branding had anything to do with one of the lovely and talented Ms. Rowling's books.

Well now, I don't know where you see this acne, and please send a link to where I claimed "getting accepted to Slytherin is a worthwhile goal." Don't forget to mention that I change the font type! Please gain something you seem to be lacking known as "maturity." It would do you some good. Since you were unable to refute the statements made against VD you yet again turn to personal attacks. I did not attack Virginia, I tactfully pointed out her own lies, which inevitably rids her statements of credibility.

Now, what do you mean "niggling details?" She clearly has edited the article to fit her own agenda, which if you follow the link there is no evidence to suggest a connection to the Harry Potter series. Maybe you guys should question her for having such a knowledge of Harry Potter as to remember the name of the "Snitch" in the fantasy game of Quidditch.

Finally, thank you to whoever edited my Username/Location/Signature. It gave me a good laugh to know that you guys wasted time on my profile.

accutally.... witchraft involves more then a wand. it doesn't require one. As for the satan thing- that is your pov. It involves will, energy, sometimes the calling upon of deities, different types of rocks can be used, incencse (sp?), oils, athames, ect. A wand is not required, although it does indeed help

and, yes i am suggesting that you need to have an imagination to picture the things in the bible. They do not describe the surroundings of everything in the bible. They might give a vague description, but that's only of people. Of course, they give you an idea of stating that jesus was born in bethlehem *cough making him arabic, not white cough* so therefore, you know what the scenes might include, but not everything they are. the dust, the fields of crops, the animals, the very smallest details are not included. even for a christian, most people will have a different view of what is included in each scene. then again, isn't that most books?

No. It is a fact. Is it my PoV that cars involve wheels?
It involves the will to worship Satan, demonic energy, sometimes the calling upon of demons, different types of rocks can be used (for instance, the ones in my head), incencse (such as used by the pagan Catlicks and Orthodix), oils, athames, ect.
and, yes i am suggesting that you need to have an imagination to picture the things in the bible. They do not describe the surroundings of everything in the bible. They might give a vague description, but that's only of people. Of course, they give you an idea of stating that jesus was born in bethlehem *cough making him arabic, not white cough*
That's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. He was born in a stable, so does that make Him a horse? F.W. De Klerk was born in South Africa, but I bet he'd be pretty surprised if you told him he was a spear-chucking Kaffir.
