I was informed earlier that I had mistaken Denmark for the Netherlands. It's not the same thing?

I would like to point out a couple of things:

1) Danish people drink the most. This should be taken in context (and it's not entirely true anymore). But, the percentage may be higher than the one in the US, but the US has FAR more people than Denmark.

So this is how we tell the difference between Danes and the Dutch; The Dane is the drunk one and the Dutch one will be the one who is stoned?

So, if we assume that we have 100 people in DK and 10 of them drink. That's 10 %.

But in US you're FAR FAR more people, so 10 people in US would be like 10/1000 people, which is, of course, a smaller number.

DUH we have more people, and yes a smaller percentage of drunks. Its math not that hard.

We cannot compare the two countries, as it's very different numbers we're dealing with.

Why not if I gather 100 True Christians and 100 denmarkians, we still have less drunks, not to mention whores Lesbos and Homersexurals.

Not to mention, we don't have as many piffleed up and un-knowing teens as you do, oh yeah! You preach ignorance and end up with lustful teenagers without knowledge of how to handle things. Sarah Palin, go hockey mom and keeping tabs on her own child.

we get tons of benefits, like a good health care system, we have several types of retirement benefits, and we can be put at a home, when we're old and can't do anything. All because the average danish citizen pays 50% in tax. You should really try it.

You're nothing more than a closet communist who wants everyone else to pay for services that you think you deserve. I for one am not going to pay 50% taxes just so some lazy illegal immigrants can have their babies in OUR hospitals and not pay anything for it.

Oh that is just lovely. First of all, I'm not dutch. Second of all. WE (or at least I, and the people i know) ARE HAPPY THAT THE GOVERNMENT TAKES ABOUT 50% IN TAXES! We have had a fantastic health care system for ages now, which has saved my life.
And my dear, I hope you don't work as an accountant. If we pay around 50% in taxes, that leaves us with the rest of the 50%, so there's a lot of profit.
