What makes you think so? I live in Finland and I haven't heard about that. Many people here are against immigration and we have limits for how immigrants do we take. We most definitely don't encourage to raping, that's just ridiculous. It's in the law. I'm frankly not surprised. God has obviously forsaken Finland since a majority of it's people belong to the heretical and Baal-worshiping Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland or openly deny Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! (17% of Finns are atheists!)
