This is so not right !!
Holy Communion to be offered on Twitter

A retired British Methodist minister is gathering Twitter followers after announcing he will use the social networking site to conduct Holy Communion. Rev Tim Ross will tweet out the lines of the Eucharist next month to his hundreds of followers, who can tweet back “Amen” while taking bread and wine in front of their PCs.

He hoped it would unite the faithful across the world: “Where could it lead, who knows? Maybe one day to a baptism by Facebook,” he said.

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land Australia.

Whatever. A hundred million Catholics posting when they get drunk at the computer. What else is new?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Anything that anyone can do to help other people find spirtuality is a beautiful thing. This may seem silly to you, but maybe someone will have some deep insights into ther spiritual nature while they participate in this. Yous houldn't be so dismissive of other people's paths. God lives within us all.

      Namaste.

I agree with you. If there is at least one person who finds some spiritual happiness through this, it is really worth it. After all, that is what matters the most, not big churches with crosses, or any other symbolism. These matter, but not as much.

At least Facebook baptisms might stop Cathlick priests from drowning babies.

          Baby drowns after baptism

A priest in eastern Europe has been accused of drowning a baby boy as he baptised him.

Police are investigating Father Valentin for accidential homicide after witnesses at the ceremony said the priest did not cover the baby's mouth during the ritual, The Sun newspaper reports.

Father Valentin had denied being responsible for the baby's death during the baptism in Moldova.

The six-week-old baby died on the way to hospital and an autopsy found he had drowned, the baby's dad Dumitru Gaidau told Romania's Publica TV.
Mr Gaidau, 36, said his son was clearly in distress during the ceremony.

"He couldn't inhale, his face turned blue and he was foaming at the mouth. He [the priest] said we should not interrupt this their ritual," he said.

You two both seem to be mixing up "feeling good" with "feeling spiritual". You can feel very spiritual without feeling good. Right now I'm feeling righteous anger at new age hippies spreading their feces all over my favourite forum.

An excellent article on what's wrong with liebral christianity (and you two don't even get that far

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me

There is only one True God. The rest a false gods.

                I know right!?!?!?!?

I mean, whatever you can do to be closer to the God, the Infinite, within you... I mean, It's all good. God is withing us all, and we just have to like open our Third Eye and take it all in.

Have you ever heard of the Pineal Gland?? Ancient cultures have known about this forever, and they call it the Spiritual "Third Eye" or our "Inner Vision", and it is also considered the "Seat of the SOul". It is about the sixe of a pea and its lolcated in the center of the brain in a tiny cave behind your eyes in your brain. It totally controls your biorhythms and works in harmony with your hypothalamus, which directs you thirst, hunger, sexual desire, and biological clock. When you activate your Third Eye through deep spiritual insight, you feel some pressure at the base of your brain. A head injury can also activeate the Third Eye. It is the most powerful and highest source of ethereal energy and can be used to develop deep spiritual states, supernatural powers and Psychic Talents. You can totally use it to travel in your AstraL Body, you just have to visualize on the subtle body, escaping through the trap door of the brain. Consciousness is raised from an emotional nature into an Illuminated Awareness when the Pineal Gland is lifted from dormancy.

Anything that helps peopel to start using their Third Eye is a beautiful thing in my book. If taking communion over twitter helps just one person than it is totally worth it and anyone who disagrees is just a H8R. Live and let live. We all have to find our own Path.

Yes, I have heard of this. It is supposed to be some form of a super-conscious state or something. I don't know how to achieve this.

Son, you might as well be playing with a Ouija board. This wicked trollop is only here to set snares with which to trap the souls of gullible fools like yourself. Her name is Legion, and she wants you to join her in the fires of hell. I have no idea why this treacherous harlot has not been banned yet.

JESUS has power over demons, and it is with Him that you should be seeking refuge. Pray with me this prayer for protection against sorcery and demons:

As a (possibly former) employee of a wireless phone company, I had long ago proposed that the Vatican set up a text confessional service.

(Please note: this was before my return to the Lord's Flock.)

Premium Texting is a big bucks business, My idea was to have a line up of priests standing by on the server, doling out acts of contrition as the sins texted in.

That was before, I once again remind you.

I don't think texting would have had the desired effect. Maybe talking on the phone would have been better.

I am certain the Vatican would consider either option if it meant more money in their coffers.
