    Even the sorting hat couldn’t have seen this coming.
    A Georgia toddler emulating Harry Potter was unable to execute a vanishing spell after getting a traffic cone stuck on his head and instead needed to wait for firefighters to work their magic to free him, Six rescue members worked for 30 minutes on Friday to free the boy, 3-year-old Charlie Thomas, after the boy donned the cone like a wizard’s hat during a game of pretend.
    A Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said it was a rare rescue for the firefighters: "We've had kids stuck in various things and had saucepans stuck on them but never a traffic cone."

      I bet it never occurred to the rescuers...I bet they cut off as much of the cone as they could and then carefully cut the band.

      I bet they did not think to blow into the hollow top of the cone with compressed air. A stadium horn (the freon kind) would work great.

      Lubricant and vapor pressure would have saved the boy from a now-permanent fear of shears.

        Would've been better to just leave it on, in my opinion. Maybe write a big letter "D" on the front, which would have the double advantage of reminding all who see it that only dunces dabble in the dark arts, and drawing their minds to the queer wizard Dumbledore. Better that the kid should have his Satanist tendencies shamed out of him at the age of 3 than that he should get more deeply involved in Wicca and end up going to Hell for eternity.

          Harry Potter is fiction. Not True.

          Wicca is Real.

          There is a big difference. If you were to think of it that way, then why, even Peter Pan a flying boy with magically pixie dust is satan and is teaching kids to fly and use magic.

          Should Peter Pan be banned as well?

          If you or your kids can't tell the difference between a fiction novel, and real life: you/they shouldnt be reading it at all.

          I see nothing wrong with people secure in the faith reading Harry Potter as long as they know its not right to dabble in magic. And all it is , is a good read.

            Yes, Peter Pan sould be banned. The necromanican might be a "good read" but you'll go to Hell. The best read in the world is the KJV1611. Why risk reading anything else, except maybe Chick tracts?

                And some "people" enjoy putting their tallwackers into another mans' butt, too. And some people "enjoy" worshiping satan and sacrificing Christian babies to their dark master. I could go on and on with examples of "people enjoying" various perversions....

                If you had read the Holy Word of God, you would know that what "some people enjoy" is not the point. God wants us to know what lowly, undeserving sinners we all are. Pleasure leads deeper into sin, so if you want to end up spending eternity in the flames of hell, go ahead and "enjoy" yourself.
