If you bring a rape to court in Denmarkistan, the liberal Denmarkistani judges will laugh you out of the courtroom, and probably rape the poor woman or child themselves! How is your prison any different? Even though, raping may give lifetime in jail, but they will be released after approx. 4 years.(of good behaviour) or 16 years(bad behaviour).

Depends, if the person who has been raped is from Denmark, I am sure that the rapist will be free to go immediately, as no actual harm has been done.
