right some of you may know me and some of you may hate me already, but frankly i don't care, but i digress.
over the years the battle between christianity and paganism has raged ever since the witch burnings, but when you look at both religions thier stories are very similar, theyboth believe in the rebirth of their god and they both celebrate easter but whose right who got what from where and why use someone elses story and claim it to be yours.
typically examples of this are christmas and easter
christmas for us pagans is called yule and is celebrated on the winter solstice to welcome the rebirth of the sun and is at least 5 thousand years old right back to the story of mithras and his disciples but i know you chiristians has something similar with a similar story and since your story didn't stat until after jesus 2000 years ago that leave your version 3000 years younger than ours.
easter which for christians marks the death and resurection of your christ is placed the week after the full moon of march, not a very christian thing to do set a holiday after you find out when the full moon is,that sounds more pagan to me and both of these holidays have viking origins.
so whats going on?
