Christians persecute Freethinkers because we know the minute they get into power they would persecute us. Look what is happening in San Fransisco. They just sacrificed a good Christian kid to a tiger. That's your free thinking in action.

It seems you are not familiar with Plato's cave... even he knew you need to wonder where the light comes from and what it is projecting. If you think further, you can only conclude one thing: follow that light and become SAVED!

The more i look at it, the more i am convinced that no man every worshiped anything but himself. People create their "god" in the image of themselves, and then worship it.
To believe in a God or in a guiding force because someone tells you to is the height of stupidity. We are given senses to recieve our information within. With our own eyes we see, and with our own skin we feel. With our intelligence, it is intended that we understand that each person must puzzle it out for themselves.
