Friend, you need to learn the correct definition of neighbour.

The incorrect version of NEIGHBOR that you are using is this:

a person who lives (or is located) near another

Proximity... The guy in the house next door... that is not what the Bible (KJV1611) means when it says neighbour.

This is the correct definition:

a nearby object of the same kind

An object of the same kind. If you are not a dope smoking hippie; then the guy in the house next to you is not your neighbour. Therefore, you are under no biblical orders to love that person. If you are a "referhead" then you are not a True Christian (tm) and therefore WE don't love you.

They call it "Tolerance".
