    I think...oh, wait, no I don't. I don't think at all.

    You know why?

    If God knows everything then he has nothing to believe in and since he doesn't have any power above him and he knows that. That's what being an Athiest is.

    Remember, being an athiest means you don't believe in a higher power.

    Just my theory.

              God has no entity above him and he knows evertything.

                      First, let's define atheist:

                      Notice? A person who denies or disbelieves the existence of a supreme being or beings, not a "higher power."

                      You are a person. If you deny the existence of a supreme being or beings, you are an atheist.

                      God is the Supreme Being. He exists. He believes in Himself (Cogito, ergo sum.). He does not deny His own existence. Therefore, God cannot be an atheist.

                      And I sincerely doubt that God is or was at any time a substance abuser, so He would most likely have little use for the phrase "higher power."
