this dont make no sense, clearly if god is the 1 that finally sends u to hell, then He is the 1 who is judging u, but that dont mean that no one else nos who is and is not going to hell, a judge in a court is the 1 that sentences u to life, but i certainly no that if you murdered some1 and u are in front of the judge that u will indeed be punished, that is not judging u that is warning u about what the law says.

FYI, God has empowed those that beleive in Him the power to judge others. It is an unplesant job but we do it willingly for the Love of God:
Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
