Greetings and God Bless,
A week ago on Tuesday, two young Latter Day Saints came to my door, I live with my mother as a full time student. They informed me they had talked to kayli, and they had a powerful eye-opening message about Jesus. It seemed like they were saying my sister was expecting them, so I informed them that no one else was home, trying my best to be respectful and not start something when I was the only one home at the time. I said they might be back, but when they asked, I evasively said I don't know when. They said they would come back the following afternoon on Wednesday.
My mom informed me they were Mormons, and believed in a man who is not a true servant of God, and believe that an angel called Moroni or however you spell it, appeared to a man in a cave and gave him this gospel which includes the belief that Jesus was not God, but an angel, which does not coincide with the word of God AT ALL. And that they don't believe that just anyone can read God's word, but that it has to be someone in the Mormon Church who cherry picks verses to teach people, and mislead them with their propaganda, and that they are the only ones who can understand God's word.
They didn't show up the following day, but this afternoon they showed up again, I was taken by suprise, so I didn't get to tell them we were not interested in their pagan false-doctrines. Instead I politely said I was home alone again, and that I didn't know when they would be home, and that life was chaotic with their schedules.
What do I do?
Are mormons servants of God, or tormentors sent by Satan?
Are they truly what I hear?
Do I act polite, when I or my mother or sister inform them we serve God, or do I concisely point out all the places in His Word that would convict them and return them from this road of damnation?
