Re: Girls and young women are anxious and depressed. Why?
My younger daughter Bertha (pictured above) has confided to her mother that she is depressed because no man has sexually harassed her. I allow my children to watch Fox News with me, and she has heard all about the liberal Jew Harvey Weinstein and the typical nigra buck Bill Cosby, and she's wondering "why not me too?"

Re: Girls and young women are anxious and depressed. Why?
I think that once a young girl reads that Eve was the cause of the original sin she should be put on suicide watch until she is under the supervision of a husband. The sin label sticks to women like glue and suicide is one of the consequences.

Because even the Women's March can't get people to walk down the street without help from the Nation Of Islam.*
The Nation Of Islam declares Jews to be "Termites", but then again, Termites are almost entirely female, aren't they? Maybe they mean it as a compliment?
*No, seriously:

But consider that civilization has been 6,000 or so years of trying to figure out how to deal with the dark side of men. Want to deal with Toxic Masculinity? Men have been working on that for 6,000 years, and we have made so much progress that now almost every man is trusted to vote.
But what about the dark side of women? Historical female irrelevance means nobody has really confronted this yet. You know how in every multi-stage problem-solving process, the first step is admitting that you have a problem?
When society takes that one small step, it will be a giant leap for femalekind.Last edited by Jeb Stuart Thurmond; 12-18-2018, 06:50 PM.

Did not Jesus appear to women first after His resurrection. If women are inferior to men, why would he appear to women first?
I am still failing to see Biblical justification to your claims. The issue you raised has been answered comprehensively centuries ago, even a Catholic, the "Saint" Thomas knew the answer. The solution is, as expected, in the Bible.
The woman was the cause of the Fall (Genesis 3:6). The woman caused her own downgrading as she started the sin of inquiry. Thus, it is fitting that women were the first to see Christ's glorious Resurrection. It's just simple logic. It's the reversal of the events in Genesis 3: the culprit received first the glorious sight of the risen Jesus
Please look at the verse below and answer this simple question: Does this verse lie? It it does not, case is closed. If it does, can you trust any part of the Bible?
Ephesians 5:23
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
Yours in Christ,
Elmer

Though if you really want to "go there", I can think of many functioning male-only societies from monasteries to militaries, yet no female equivalents. Nunneries relied on men for security, and the Amazon legend is just that - a legend.

Anyway, Jesus appeared to a LADY, not to the typical angry-to-be-the-most-pampered-demographic-in-human-history trust-fund baby that today's western feminism represents. Let's not confuse the two.

I don't think feminism or a lack of a strong man has anything to do with it. First I don't think a women needs a man to feel fulfilled or safe. All they need is Jesus. All men and women need is Jesus. And I don't think there is anything wrong with feminism. Men and women are both equal. A woman can do anything a man can do. She can run a large company and have authority over the men and women who work for her. But now the world is taking it to the extreme and saying a woman can be a man or a man can be a woman or women are better than men, these ideas are wrong and called sin.

Re: Girls and young women are anxious and depressed. Why?
I'm not a theologian, but it is obvious from the Bible women are the gender most likely to sin. We saw that in Eve.
That being the case, it seems to me women might just be depressed because they sin so much. The Godly women of Landover Baptist never mention being anxious or depressed. They do not engage in sin either.
The answer might be right here at Landover Baptist.
