Allthough I'm ashamed to admit it, I too played runescape for a long time in my youth. I advise everybody to stay well clear of this game, it is insanely addictive, and one of the major gods, Saradomin, is almost a direct mockery of our lord and saviour. He has a crucifix like object as his symbol, just to make things worse. He also has satanic spells under his name, and he is supposed to be a God of goodness. How dare Jagex create a "Good" god and impersonate our Lord, and have satanic spells cast in his name.

Please if you wish to remain as a True Christian, allthough I am not one, please stay clear of this game. This is a warning to both Christians and non Christians alike, this game is nothing but bad, it destroys social life, makes you worship false images and promotes satanic ritual.

I am surprised you would list Evercrack. That's MMO is listed as controlled substance in Iowa. However these is a good Christian community in World of Warcraft spreading The Good Word(r).

I'm not surprised EverQuest was listed as controlled substance, I remember the good 'ol days when I played it for three years, that game was really addictive. You shouldn't have to worry about it anymore, that games playerbase is down to about 90% of what it used to be in it's prime.

Yes, I remember seeing an article on Landover's main page about that WoW TC guild. Good to see a Christian themed guild.

Even though you're banned (most likely by Pastor Zeke) and most likely don't visit this site anymore, I'd steer away from Runescape completely. The mundane graphics alone and poor storyline are reason enough, plus the community full of 8 year olds.

If you're into online MMORPG's, I'd recommend these great games: Age of Conan, Warhammer,and EverQuest, or just do a google search on popular MMO's. I would recommend World of Warcraft, but that games dying anyway.

I found an online game a few days ago called Runescape. Can anyone tell me what this is about? I noticed that if you can divide the word like this: Run/escape. Could that be a clue as to what I need to do?

This is because young people should not be exposed to a Satanic culture in any form. Satan often corrupts subtly. By inserting demons and devils into a harmless game young people are being imbued into a tolerance of evil. We need to be vigilant and stomp on it whenever it appears.
