The Bible does not mention the word "lolita" anywhere, of course. It does mention that it's not OK to be a whore and (thus) to dress like one. As for dress codes, I refer thee to:

The bible I admire as a source of inspiration with morals like any other fairytale for you to take lessons from and grow up with in order to be a respectful, capable human being, but to replace your own self-identity with paper and ink in which the passages are written with...that is quite disappointing.
