You are simply missing the point. Dressing like a Lolita is NOT ladylike. It's far from it. Miss Angels did a great job explaining the difference, and it went completely over your head. Non Christian men look upon these young women and see nothing ladylike about them. All they see are nubile young women dressed in fetish costumes. Is that really how you want men to see you? I can assure you, when those men look at you, they aren't wondering about your intellegence or personality. They're thinking about the fastest way to seperate you from the costume. Pure and simple. If you have self esteem issues, I suggest learning how to cook. Biscuits and gravy is a nice place to start.

For most Lolitas, that is what they are. My best friend Konna lives with her uncle, a high-end businessman. She was raised on propriety, then she kinda dove into my closet. I'm a romantic goth and Elegant Gothic Lolita is most like romantic goth in its styles.
You know she doesn't even really have to shop for clothes anymore, she makes them. No pattern, just her brain and a dressmaker's dummy.

You and your best friend need to stop this foolishness before you both catch the AIDS.
