    Education for girls

    Hello,

    I could need some advice.
    My dad decided that I will have to leave school, because he wants me to take over more duties at home.
    Is there a way to convince him that I need some more education?
    I already tried to disobey, but I was caught going to school secretly and got my bottom blistered.

      First of all, you need to obey your father as the Holy Bible demands. He must have good reasons for pulling you out of school. I'm not sure why you were there in the first place.

      All a girl needs to worry about is "children, kitchen and church" according to German custom. Can you bake a decent pie? Can you scrub a toilet until it shines? Do you study the Bible daily? You don't need school for that.

          Yes, Sir, I can bake different kinds of pies and cake, my black forest tart is my favourite. Sure I can clean just everything and reading in the bible is something I do everyday before I go to bed. But I still want to go to school, because there is a lot to learn.

              I hope you weren’t caught listening to "Die Herzogin von Chicago". Maybe Millöcker, Zeller, or Ziehrer?

                          But the German Reich before 1st World War wasn't ruled by a Habsburg emperor, it was from the family of Hohenzollern.

                                          You can learn English by reading the KJV1611.

                                          I don´t see any reason for a good Christian girl to learn tongues (french).
                                          It`s about time we say enough is enough! Let´s all return to the traditional Western values of discipline, obedience, morality and freedom. Freedom from the reds and the blacks and the criminals, prostitutes, panders and punks, football hooligans, juvenile delinquents, lezbians and left wing scum...
