Let me ask you this: If a man has glass in his heart and is bleeding to death, and you are desperate to save him from death for whatever the reason (forget your morals, you must save this man!), would you:

a) Take him to a surgeon and hopefully he will recover
b) Drag him to your church and let him die on the altar

1) That's not the point.
2) This game is on the *gasp* WII. Sega hasn't had a console in years.
3) The screenshot that I put up? That operation has a man with glass in his heart. He was in a *gasp* CAR CRASH, and was in cardiac arrest. I remember everything exactly; even his body height and weight listed in the report.

So it is possible for ANYONE to get glass in his heart. what if he was in a CAR accident? and the windows shattered, and the glass went flying everywhere? plunging into his head, heart, legs.
