If the LORD plans for someone to be raped, the best thing they can do is be thank the LORD, repent, and ask for forgiveness. This temporary discomfort and embarrassment is a far better alternative to eternal damnation. God is always trying to get our attention, and sometimes He has to speak up, but it's always in love (Hebrews 12:6-7).

You see, most people think God must be fair, and so good people should not suffer. If God were fair, however, we would all spend eternity in hell paying for our sin, which is exactly what we deserve.
