    i seriously hope that this is a joke.

    I will respect that different people have different views, but to throw a childrens television series into damnation and cite that it is evil and unholy is rediculous.

    This conglomerate is merely attempting to make profit by providing entertainment for children, and it has done so very succesfully for nearly a decade.

    Also as somebody else said, entertaining the fact that just because Pokemon [of which i am a fan BTW] was made in Japan makes it evil, will not gain you very many friends whom have Oriental backgrounds.

    I hope that you realise how silly this is, and that by forcing your grandchild to burn one of his possessions will do nothing more than possibly make him resent you for it.
