Are you so blind to see that natural occurrences are as beautiful as life itself? or is your nose so far in that black book of tall tales, that you cant see beyond the cover?
I think if there was womanly sloughing in my general vicinity, I would keep my nose firmly planted in the Bible, thank you very much!

and worst of all being dictatorial and not even abiding by their own rules on the forum.
Please point out which of our rules we're not abiding by, so that we may remedy the situation.

May Richard Dawkins knock on your door at 6 am and preach the beauty that is Atheism.
May Jesus knock on the door of your heart and preach the beauty that is silence on matters pertaining to "natural occurrences".

    FGS people!

I avoided this thread until now because the whole idea makes me want to throw up.

God calls it UNCLEAN for a good reason!

We all know that the word "menstruating" (burp, pardon me) has a very special ethymology. When you REALLY listen to it, it says "men's true hating". That's right, I think that women often HATE us poor guys when they are being unclean.

That is why they should be kept apart during "those days".

Not many people know this, but I DO!

Wow .... i was waiting for a post like this....

A bit off topic...but relevant none the less, i refer you to the ten commandments.

    Com. 2 - Graven Images

Well....Mr 'putting the stud back into bible study' - i think i just nailed that one on the head right there...dont you think? I mean come on...are you that hard up for sex that you have to prey on females (im being nice....because im beginning to wonder if you are a closet homosexual...i mean you are the only person i have seen with a 'Heterosexual' medal on their profile....trying to hide something??) in bible study class??? Whats next....sex ed in bible study led by Mr Studly here??? give me a break.

Now on to the more meaningful topic at hand. Who was born??? Come on raise your hands....come on i know there are more of you out there.

Yes..It is true - dont believe what Reverend 'Director of Fundraising anf Tithing' (oh my god....anyone here think of filing a Tax Return lately?) is telling you - this unclean time....believe me...it happened to your mothers, and your mothers mothers, .... and yes....even mary bled from her vagina once a month. What a shock....the sloughing of endometrium through the cervix and out the vagina....ITS ACTUALLY A NATURAL THING....

And....um....just a quick question...where did this Aziraphale get his comments about the smell from? Um dude....did you wash it before you stuck your nose in it???? usually helps

And Patriot TC.....where do i start ..... were you touched as a child? Just a hunch i have.
Let me elighten you to at least 2 things wrong with this post you just delivered.

    Firstly.
It is a curse. It is God's righteous judgment but I suspect it starts when girls begin thinking impure thoughts. I base this suspicion on the fact that girls get "that time of the month" at younger and younger ages.
Wow....misdirected and very uneducated. Number one - lets be adults....'That time of the Month' should actually be referred to as menstruation...or is that too naughty for you. When do, pray tell, girls start thinking impure thoughts? is it when you start checking if their hymen is intact? poking and prodding around in their vagina like some perverted freak. You do know that, at least in my country, you go to Jail for at least 25 years for that....so maybe it would be wise to not advertise the fact that you are investigating 12 year old girls genitals.

And number two....have you ever heard of precocious puberty? Its a condition that causes the release of female hormones (namely estrogen and prolactin) at an earlier than normal age. Usually 4-7 years of age. It is almost always cause by pathological means (tumours, diseases...etc). Although i guess that those are just curses for the poor little girl being born in wedlock, or born without a husband because he was off fighting for our freedom, or because she was just plain unlucky.

Or maybe it was because she was violated by perverts like yourself as a child to make sure that their hymen was intact. I am sickened that you would even post something so vile on a public forum, which can be seen by EVERYONE...including Law enforcement....i wouldnt be surprised if God has a little surprise waiting around the corner in the form of a police van for you if you keep advertising actions like that.

Oh and....all you 'all loving' christians out there...segregating someone in a shed because they are physiologically normal....its just not right. I mean...when you masturbate do you go lock yourself away in a shed for 7 days? When you have a wet dream....do you punish yourself by chopping your testicles off?? Talk about medieval ideals here....

Isnt it any wonder why atheism is so popular....

    We can dream cant we.

Fortunately for me, my wife Elizabeth is far too old to menstruate. However, I am still considering diverting some seed money into one of those shacks Brother Ezekiel has for sale just to remind my bride that a faithful wife's place is out to pasture.

Please show some respect to God by capitalizing references to Him. You know how to spell, capitalize and punctuate. It really undermines the point you're trying to make if you yourself don't respect God enough to press the shift key.

There is nothing to interpret, but there is a lot to read. Like this, for instance:

2 Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
2 Peter 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
Matthew 4:4 Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

If you have any other questions about God, the Bible or Christianity in general, the kind people here will be happy to answer them!

I am embarrassed to be a woman Every night I pray The Almighty God to forgive me for being a woman, and during my dirty time of the months I pray seven times per day. (Seven being a Holy Number)

    Isaiah 64:6 (King James Version)

But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
I decided to verify the quote made from stage and look up the meaning of the text from the passage and indeed that is the original meaning. Not actually tampons, but menstrual rags or clothes. Here’s a link to the Strong’s Concordance lookup. See for yourself. The chapter starts out talking about how awesome and glorious God is. It talks about how God acts on behalf of those who remember His ways and those who gladly do right. It then reveals the reality of the human condition. We tried to do it our way, but we failed. We continued to sin against God’s ways and He became angry. It then talks about our righteousnesses being like filthy rags.
Take the absolute best person on Earth and he will fail. Nobody is perfect. Compare anyone’s righteousness with God’s perfection and it looks and smells like… well… a used tampon.

Leviticus 15: 19 " 'When a woman has her regular flow of blood, the impurity of her monthly period will last seven days, and anyone who touches her will be unclean till evening.
20 " 'Anything she lies on during her period will be unclean, and anything she sits on will be unclean. 21 Whoever touches her bed must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening. 22 Whoever touches anything she sits on must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening. 23 Whether it is the bed or anything she was sitting on, when anyone touches it, he will be unclean till evening.
24 " 'If a man lies with her and her monthly flow touches him, he will be unclean for seven days; any bed he lies on will be unclean.
25 " 'When a woman has a discharge of blood for many days at a time other than her monthly period or has a discharge that continues beyond her period, she will be unclean as long as she has the discharge, just as in the days of her period. 26 Any bed she lies on while her discharge continues will be unclean, as is her bed during her monthly period, and anything she sits on will be unclean, as during her period. 27 Whoever touches them will be unclean; he must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening.
28 " 'When she is cleansed from her discharge, she must count off seven days, and after that she will be ceremonially clean. 29 On the eighth day she must take two doves or two young pigeons and bring them to the priest at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. 30 The priest is to sacrifice one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. In this way he will make atonement for her before the LORD for the uncleanness of her discharge.

Leviticus 20:18 " 'If a man has sexual relations with a woman during her monthly period, he has exposed the source of her flow, and she has also uncovered it. Both of them are to be cut off from their people.

Ezekiel 18: 5"But if a man is righteous and practices justice and righteousness,
6and does not (E)eat at the mountain shrines or (F)lift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, or (G)defile his neighbor's wife or approach a woman during her menstrual period--
7if a man does not oppress anyone, but (H)restores to the debtor his pledge, (I)does not commit robbery, but (J)gives his bread to the hungry and covers the naked with clothing,
8if he does not lend money on (K)interest or take (L)increase, if he keeps his hand from iniquity and (M)executes true justice between man and man,
9if he walks in (N)My statutes and My ordinances so as to deal faithfully--(O)he is righteous and will surely (P)live," declares the Lord GOD.
You are misinterpreting the lord's word. That doesn't mean technically.
