Indeed. This topic is almost too much for my Saved© soul.

This is very upsetting, now I understand why ladies get a bit ugly when that unclean time comes. Can we not think about it. No more cherry pie for at least a week.

Yes, they are, they just have to stay far, far away from the rest of society when it happens. Here's what the Bible teaches us:

Leviticus 15: 19 " 'When a woman has her regular flow of blood, the impurity of her monthly period will last seven days, and anyone who touches her will be unclean till evening.
20 " 'Anything she lies on during her period will be unclean, and anything she sits on will be unclean. 21 Whoever touches her bed must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening. 22 Whoever touches anything she sits on must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening. 23 Whether it is the bed or anything she was sitting on, when anyone touches it, he will be unclean till evening.
24 " 'If a man lies with her and her monthly flow touches him, he will be unclean for seven days; any bed he lies on will be unclean.
25 " 'When a woman has a discharge of blood for many days at a time other than her monthly period or has a discharge that continues beyond her period, she will be unclean as long as she has the discharge, just as in the days of her period. 26 Any bed she lies on while her discharge continues will be unclean, as is her bed during her monthly period, and anything she sits on will be unclean, as during her period. 27 Whoever touches them will be unclean; he must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening.
28 " 'When she is cleansed from her discharge, she must count off seven days, and after that she will be ceremonially clean. 29 On the eighth day she must take two doves or two young pigeons and bring them to the priest at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. 30 The priest is to sacrifice one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. In this way he will make atonement for her before the LORD for the uncleanness of her discharge.

Leviticus 20:18 " 'If a man has sexual relations with a woman during her monthly period, he has exposed the source of her flow, and she has also uncovered it. Both of them are to be cut off from their people.

Ezekiel 18: 5"But if a man is righteous and practices justice and righteousness,
6and does not (E)eat at the mountain shrines or (F)lift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, or (G)defile his neighbor's wife or approach a woman during her menstrual period--
7if a man does not oppress anyone, but (H)restores to the debtor his pledge, (I)does not commit robbery, but (J)gives his bread to the hungry and covers the naked with clothing,
8if he does not lend money on (K)interest or take (L)increase, if he keeps his hand from iniquity and (M)executes true justice between man and man,
9if he walks in (N)My statutes and My ordinances so as to deal faithfully--(O)he is righteous and will surely (P)live," declares the Lord GOD.

Women are meant to menstruate. How can you give an 11 year old to marriage?

I cannot imagine how horrible it must be to bleed from your genitals every month. I'm so thankful that God made me a man. So very thankful.
It is a curse. It is God's righteous judgment but I suspect it starts when girls begin thinking impure thoughts. I base this suspicion on the fact that girls get "that time of the month" at younger and younger ages.

When my eldest daughter got her's at 12 I was angry with her to say the least. I check her regularly to make sure her hymen is still intact.

The curse is not a sin in itself but it is the indication of sinful thoughts. I probably did not beat her enough. I guess I'm a softie.

Not really, it was over the day before I joined this godly forum.

Now your fiancee is asking me to apologize.

Okay, I will submit to his wishes as the submissive lady I must be.

I am sorry I said the truth about your disgusting cherry pie, I was simply temptated by satan to speak out the truth.

Please forgive any offense I've done to the forum's official slu- I mean social butterfly, because I've seen no offense in it.

Happy with my apology, dearest Pastor Ezekiel?

There are some things I, for one, would be happier not knowing. The graphic and nauseating details of your affliction, Lynne Ro, were neither necessary nor appreciated. Kindly resist your urge to test our gag reflexes and we will, at the very least, do the same in return.

As a matter of fact, it is COMPLETELY natural, and you wouldn't be able to have your precious children without it. It is not a curse, it's simply a natural process of the body. The blood discharge doesn't come from the bloodstream, but from the uterus itself.
