I know we're all sick and tired of the hubbub liberals and gays are making over "global warming," and we've all seen the "satellite photos" of receding ice fields and glaciers and whatnot.
Tonight, as I was watching the ice in my glass melt, I started to think of all the unsaved, barbarian races and their heathen religions in remote, untouched places. Then I started to think about all of the amazing things GOD does to clear the path for His children (such as parting the red sea.)
Then it hit me: What if GOD is melting all of the ice on the planet to clear the way for our missionaries to reach these heathens and tell them they're in the wrong religion?
The unsaved are using snow as a natural barrier to hide from the light of CHRIST. But as Jonah found out, there is no escape from GOD once He has you in His cross hairs! None the less, they barricade themselves in their icy strongholds in frozen places.
Places like Russia:
And this busy street in Greenland:
GODless Norway:
And atheist haven, Sweden:
These places are cold and dark, just like the hearts and minds of the people who live there.
Perhaps the ice and snow really is melting around the world, as a result of CHRIST's Second Coming drawing ever nearer.
We should take advantage of this by sending out our missionaries to warn these barbarians that JESUS wants them to abandoned their traditions and heritage! And if they don't repent, they are going to spend eternity in a place that is nothing like the frozen tundras they've roamed for so many years.
