Wrong. And stupid. You're making that up. Shame on you.

atheist: from a- "without" + theos "a god" -- refers to belief
agnostic: from a- "not" + gnostos "(to be) known" -- refers to knowledge

atheism refers to a lack of belief
agnosticism refers to the idea knowledge of a god or gods is impossible

Just like Brother Gabriel said. You should have paid more attention to your studies.

Ultimately, God will smite all those who deny Him, so the point is moot.

He that believeth on him is not condemned:
but he that believeth not is condemned already,
because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
    John 3:18

Remember when the liberals figured out the word "liberal" carries overwhelmingly negative connotations for the vast majority of Americans, so they started calling themselves "progressives"?

Same deal with agnosticism: It's just atheists trying to rebrand themselves as something more palatable to those of us who are not crazy and full of hatred, i.e., the majority of Americans.

Some of you making the futile attempt to compare an agnostic and an atheist are missing one key point. Most atheists and agnostics don't believe in the so-called "God" as a reaction to the moral contradictions and schizophrenia in religion and the holy books. Some of you idiots think your petty God holds a monopoly, and by your logic, if he doesn't believe in him or claims to be undecided, he is either an agnostic or an atheist. NOT true, although if they were, it's nothing to be ashamed about. What is an atheist to you might be a believer in his own terms. If one believes in a supreme being who is not necessarily a piece of crap, it doesn't necessarily make him an atheist.

Now of course, since your attempts to eliminate the distinction are only to desperately assert who will be going to HELL and who is worthy of heaven, the whole subject has been corrupted and irrelevant. If being in heaven means I'll be in the company of some of you delusional people, I'm submitting my relocation request. Hell would be a step up.

    Well put and hilarious

Dear, you make my eyes fill with tears and my heart heavy as I see you so blatantly rejecting our dear sweet Jesus who is our Redeemer. Please, I pray, come find His love and His unending mercy to forgive, your sins! Hell is painful and eternal! "For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains." Deuteronomy 32:22

Please do not blaspheme against the Holy Ghost. forgives almost everything (murder, rape, etc), but if you blaspheme against the Holy Ghost, there is no forgiveness:

    Matthew 12:31-32
31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the [world] to come.

As far as the forum's rules, thanks for your enlightenment, Pastor ***insults removed***. I suppose I should've picked a number and waited my turn too. Here's an introduction for you: I see no need for an introduction, I'm going to speak my mind and if you don't like it you ***potty language removed***. As far as I'm concerned the forum automatically permitted my public post without reciting "Hail Mary" 10 times, so until you or someone else can manage to get me suspended (which I will heartbroken over by the way), you have no choice but to keep preaching your religious ***more potty language removed*** and tolerate me. Obviously, I won't be a VIP member here and do not aspire to be. My comments were spontaneous in reaction to a ludicrous subject I found through google. This was NOT meant to be a debate. From past experience, I know that the brain of a religious nut is like a brick wall, impermeable to reason and common sense.

"I will pray that the Holy Spirit enter you and chase the demons out of your rectum and let Jesus fill you with His Grace"

Take that back. I've had that holy ***still more potty language removed*** cleansed (out of my rectum) years ago and I don't want that bug polluting my system again.

May love and reason deliver you all from the ***some more potty language removed*** filling your heads.

Your missive is filled with prejudice, preconceived misconceptions and stereotypes that you seek to match up with your false observations, which observations you lay in wait for, hoping to match your theories with some supporting facts.

Well, Potty Mouth, as unique and exciting as you must think you are, the fact is that you are just a replay of the same pseudo-intellectual drivel droolers who come here once or twice a week to explain how it really is.

Here is the only important detail: Accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior or go to Hell!

Don't go there; it's too hot.

It is not our concern, it is God's concern, sweetie. We have His Word for it.

For your information, the Holy Bible is the most printed book in history. They even have it online, so you really don't have a good excuse for not having read it.

Do you kiss your Mommy with this potty mouth? More generally speaking: why are atheists so rude? Why can't you be more respectful of other people's beliefs?

Thank you for blessing us with your unjust persecution (Matthew 5:10-12).

In other words, it is delusional to believe in a God for whose existence there is actual evidence (the Holy Bible), but it is not delusional to believe in a God for whose existence there is no evidence whatsoever?

I am truly fascinated by the way your reasoning works!

Oh, you are already on your way there, sweetie.

I'll pray for your lost soul. It probably won't change anything, but it will make me feel better.
