Many Arab people now have arms, legs, heads, and other limbs gone because of great conflicts and many types bomb. They are not healed. Bad deprave unbeliever people like Turks and Greeks say, If Allah is merciful and great then He should heal these people and cause great miracle for all people to see. Then when all people see greatness of Allah they are go to the mosque and pray.

And so a great good would be worked. All the world know through such miracle that Allah is one and Muhammad (PBUH) is His prophet.

So why is Allah not do this?

Because it is the will of Allah! (We say, in sha'a Allah).

We do not question the will of Allah. That is why it is a very great sin to ask these question like is done in article linked. It is fitting that this bad blasphemy question is ask by one who is name for Shaitan the Adversary.

Allah alone we worship and Allah we ask for help.

What sort of amputees are we talking about? If an amputee lost a limb because he ate it himself, that is suspect, Biblically speaking:

People are amputees because God hates them. It is His will that they become gimps, and therefore unworthy of His presence.

God doesn't hate amputees any more than he hates other kinds of gimps.

I have personally witnessed God, acting through Pastor Deacon Fred, restore a nearly severed toenail in a healing service, so there is no problem in principle healing an amputation. The problem is that, in nearly every case, the amputee lost the body part as a punishment for sin:

Who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD? Exodus 4:11

When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets: Then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity her. Deuteronomy 25:11-12

And I will set my jealousy against thee, and they shall deal furiously with thee: they shall take away thy nose and thine ears. ... Thou shalt even drink it and suck it out, and thou shalt ... pluck off thine own breasts: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD. Ezekiel 23:25,34

You can hardly expect God to regrow body parts that got severed in the first place for sin--it would make a joke of Divine punishment. The best way to be sure you keep all of your limbs intact is not to piss off the Lord by sinning. You just can't count on being able to regrow them later through prayer.
