These traditions include the Virgin Mary (a blatant rip-off of the goddess Isis), Jesus being resurrected (a rip-off of the son of Isis being resurrected), and Christmas, which didn't fall on Jesus' birthday (March 23), was placed on December 25th as it was a day of celebration of Mithrites. The Christians decided to use this day in order for their religion to gain popularity.
